On Saturday we went to the botanical gardens to see the butterflies and spring wild flowers. Everything was beautiful. Here are some pics of the butterflies and flowers.
On Saturday night we celebrated Earth Hour and had a nice time sitting under the stars and just chatting about anything and everything.
On Sunday I did my last technology free day. Okay I only did two out of the possible five Sundays in March, but I totally enjoyed them. I think I might try to do one a month for the rest of the year.
We spent part of the day rearranging the bedroom furniture. We had an armoire in our bedroom that we didn’t really need so we moved it to the nursery. We took some pics of the new arrangement, but I am waiting to share them after we get the room and the furniture painted so I can have a before and after post.
We also fixed some blinds that the cords had pulled out, so we were unable to open them. Here is a pic of Matt and Carter finishing up the last set. (Carter was so very helpful in getting this task accomplished 😉 )
